"Take It Slow" is a cute little print inspired by the ornate box turtle. A mini version of my larger "Slow & Steady Goes The Turtle" print I did in early 2023. This threatened species is hard to find in Illinois. They live on land, not water, and specifically in prairies with sandy soil for burrowing and winter hibernation.

A perfect little reminder for your office to take it slow... especially on Mondays!

Printed on white thick cotton paper with two layers of blended inks: earthy orange with bright green, and brown with blue-green. Hand carved wood block sourced from a sustainable forest in Hokkaido, Japan. Title, artist signature, edition number, and year of production appear on front of each print.
