"Buckeye Butterfly" is a pretty butterfly of blue and orange with a black outline. A wonderful critter for remembering spring is near and flowers will bloom. Printed on white thick cotton paper with bright orange, blue, and black inks from a hand carved wood block sourced from a sustainable forest in Hokkaido, Japan. Title, artist signature, edition number, and year of production appear on front of each print.

Originally created for the logo of the Secret Life of Butterflies exhibit at Nicholas Conservatory in Spring 2022.
